Conversion of Grade II Victorian chapel of ease into a dwelling. The building, with origins as a barn, has been reconverted to provide a new, light and spacious house within the restored fabric. The main floor has been raised up to the level of the oak mullioned leaded light windows, creating a suite of generously proportioned rooms and forming a cellar below. Bedrooms have been incorporated into the roof space. There are two staircases and a mezzanine gallery.
Extensive use has been made of reclaimed materials, notably in the timber floors, planked doors (with hand-made wooden latches) and granite fireplace.
